Account Deletion Policy

At UVLens, you can delete your account at any time. We aim to make this process simple while ensuring your data is handled securely and respectfully.

App version 3.0.0 and above (recommended)

Need help?

If you are using UVLens version 3.0.0 or later, you can delete your account directly within the App:

Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. If you choose to use UVLens again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

  1. Open the UVLens app
  2. Go to the Settings tab
  3. Select Manage Account then Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions

Reactivation

This is the fastest way to delete your account and does not require contacting us.

  • Your account and associated personal data are permanently removed from our active systems
  • Some anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement
  • Personal data cannot be recovered once deletion is complete

App versions earlier than 3.0.0

What happens after deletion

If you are using an older version of the App that does not support in-app account deletion, you can request deletion by email:

Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Email: support@uvlens.com
  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • From: the email address associated with your UVLens account
  • Include: the email address of the account you wish to delete

This information helps us verify your identity and ensure the correct account is deleted.
