ElementX Limited (“ElementX”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the UVLens website (the “Website”), which provides information about the UVLens mobile application and enables optional donations.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website.

Use of the UVLens mobile application is governed by a separate in-app Privacy Policy.

ElementX is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR due to the nature and scale of its processing activities.

• ElementX does not store payment card details

Donorbox acts as an independent data controller for donation processing. Donation-related data shared with ElementX is used only for record-keeping, acknowledgements, and legal or accounting purposes.

• Service providers: including Webflow (website hosting), Donorbox (donation processing), analytics providers, and Donorbox’s payment processors, acting under their respective privacy policies
